Thea Karas is a graphic designer who enjoys stepping out of the client world and into her very own creations.

Thea's card designs begin off the computer, usually by flipping through magazines and cutting out patterns, color combinations and shapes that catch her eye.

She then scans the magazine pieces into the computer and manipulates them to create texturally dynamic designs.

Some designs go beyond the collage medium and include drawing, painting or graphic elements.
